Riboflavin is the last isolated B-vitamin I bought and tested. I tested B-1, B-3, B-5, B-6, B-7, B-9 & B-12 (all on their own for 1 week). Yesterday I did my 1st dose of B-2... I woke up today and feel incredible. I was waking up every morning with a racing heart beat that would take 2-3 hrs to calm down. Was also getting weird itching sensations and eyes very sensitive to the sun. I read this could be due to B-2 deficiency... but I was NOT expecting such a change in my fast heart beat. My heart beat is so calm right now I can't even feel it... and I can't remember the last time my chest felt like this. B vitamins amaze me I still can't believe how powerful these things are.

It's there affects as cofactors for enzyme fucntion. Not really a SNP problem more just a severe nutrient deficiency, it's likely thanks to poor nutrition quality in modern diet (Standard American/ Western Diet).

I have functional B2/B12 deficiency. B2 definitely helps me burn fat because when I take it, it's like thyroid and metabolism skyrocket regardless of food intake and my weight starts to drop. Careful not to OD on riboflavin but helpful if sensitive to folate supplements. Also, B2 seems to definitely help when I'm on keto. It's like the induction process into keto is much smoother.

I think I definitely have some deficiencies, I just don't know which ones. B12, folate etc seemed to help for a while, but now I'm kinda stuck. I've been studying histamine intolerance and glutamate intolerance, and I'm pretty sure those two cause a lot of my health issues. I'm going to try low-histamine and low-glutamate diet to see if that helps. If anyone has suggestions about good supplements to take along with the diet and help with OCD, anxiety and gut issues I would appreciate it very much! Or personal experience with the diets I mentioned?
