How to KNOW If Someone is “The One" GUARANTEED! | Part 2

You meet someone and fall in love, but now you’re asking the question, “how do I know if this person is the one?” This is a question that Jennifer and I get on a regular basis. In this video, we will give you some tangible ways to tell whether or not you should marry someone and exactly what you should do after you decide you want to get married.

Hi brother Allen, hope you are well. I am so grateful for you and your ministry. I have a question. What constitutes biblical marriage? Does making vows in a church without parent's knowledge, consent or blessing acceptable to God as marriage? Does marriage without Government signing papers consudered as marriage in God's eyes? Please respond. Thanks

Which is what one of the main objectives of the feminist movement was. Women have chosen independence over being a helpmeet to a husband. Like it or not a choice was made. Biblically women are not supposed to support themselves. That is the job of the husband.

Very true, I've had a problem with the way some people translated the Bible for their own personal gain, I realised the reason I was annoyed at that verse was because the people I saw misquoting it were untrustworthy and had self serving traits, it's not God's word that's wrong. A couple of days it came to me, does he submit to God, his word too and listen to advice and guidance of godly people?

The important thing is that if a wife stays at home to support the family base, it is of the upmost importance that the husband makes her feel valued in that role. Yes especially when children are young it is difficult to maintain a balance between career and home life. As the children get older and more independent the mother will have the opportunity to pursue other interests, hobby’s but of course the first priority is the Lord and the home. Even the woman of Proverbs 31 had her own “business” so to speak. I just know some women who have dedicated so much to build up their families and husbands and when they are older they feel a lack of validation. I know we must look to the Lord for our ultimate validation, but just know appreciation is key for a wife to keep the household running, and running well.

This is awesome! A lot of people should benefit from this Parr couple. Because so many people go into the wrong relationship nowadays without understanding the value and necessary prerequisite for success in finding “the one” they operate on emotions but don’t look for key core values in their relationships. For years I’ve dated non Christian men which has caused so much heartache for me. I’ve decided to stop dating altogether, become celibate so that I can focus on my spiritual growth and accumulate clarity on what I really want in life whilst being obedient in my walk. I have to say what a game changer that is for me! I know now what to look for should if God willing in his plan for me to be in a new relationship in the future. A godly man with core values and purpose is a must on my list. Great video Mr. And Mrs. Parr! 🙏🏻🙏🏻

Most of the times I ask for dating advice from couples it's always the gaslighting stuff "she'll find you", "you'll find the woman of your dreams soon", "be the man she wants you to be she'll find you" ... Mr. And mrs. Parr thank you so much for these videos. I know a lot of people have been talking about yalls transparency and that is amazing. I heard someone describe marraige like a marathon, where at first when you get married its super exciting everyone is there at the wedding and there is so much hype. But then afterwards its just you, your spouse, and God and thTs it. Yall this person who stated this was like its not a race, but a marathon (slow and steady).
