Keep this series up showcasing these more naturalistic indoor setups. Super nice change of pace to see compared to so many barebone unenriching setups normally showcased for aquatic turtles.

Great info.
I have a 17-sec video clip of, an adult mud turtle attacking a new store-bought baby (same species). An underwater fence I installed stopped the (sense-less) slaughter. If you what that clip just ask for it.
What substrate do you use? I see natural soil in your videos but wouldn't that make the water very dirty?
