    2:45 The World's Most Vicious Goldfish Leleupi can change color slowly, so if you give them a dark substrate they will become darker. I use white gravel in a 40 gallon breeder. Water much like yours, high pH.

    I surely wish you would tell us what plants you have sucess with in your aquariums. I have spawned both of these fish. The leleupei were in a 55 gal with a trio of neolamprologus brichardi and several large Haps. They held their own. The J. transscriptus started as group in a 20 long. After I removed the ones that had missing tails or other damage, the remaining pair became quite prolific.

    I am still in the hobby, just not to the extent I used to be. A move about a year ago meant that I had to tear down all my tanks to relocate. I have set most of them back up, but haven't made any aquarium videos since. I took a break from KZread for a while after moving and have just gotten back into it over the last month or so. I do still love the hobby and have plans for more aquarium videos soon.

    John Spencer I think a 20 may be a bit small. When the male lelupi is Max size it could cause some trouble for the shellies.

    Would this stock work for a 36 gallon, since you seem knowledgable in Lake Tanganyika cichlids. 8 Multies 2 Calvus (Will keep multies population under control) 2 Masked Julies

  • @jacobmohr82

    @jacobmohr82

    3 жыл бұрын

    The Julies and the Calvus May clash if there’s not plenty of rock work for them to claim as there own. If you were to do this, I’d recommend doing big rock formations on opposite sides of the aquarium and shells in the middle to keep clear separation of territory. It would be much easier in a larger tank, but it would be very difficult to keep that arrangement in a smaller tank.

  • @BeastleyTV

    There are several variables such as tank size to take into account, but in general, as long as they each have their separate territories, they should be fine.
