@@GroundGloryGoalkeeping My first one actually. I may not have been the best but it gives me more motivation to get better. What matters for me at the stage i’m in is trying to get experience and to improve myself for my next chance. I really love your vids and they’ve honestly helped me a lot.

hello, I fell with a leg while jumping while playing goalkeeping and it hurt, how i fell sometimes

@@Lukasferma that's also why it's so important to these exercises to get your body used to jumping and landing. And strengthen your muscles ☺️ I saw your other comment, I'll just answer everywhere, maybe it will trigger the algorithm 😅 keep them coming 💪

@@Fsdk88 It's around 13 cm ☺️ Yeah, I went for inches because it sounded the best. but the point is that this training will help you jump higher as goalkeeper 💪
