    After doing this for a while, and improving my jumping technique, I’ve now increased my vertical by almost a foot this is hard as heck but if you just stay consistent I promise it’s worth it

    This is my very first time doing something like this, I am doing this for volleyball so I can see better results, I hope one day I will be able to jump just as high as the net one day, I will update you guys on summer break.

    This works so well I’m 6,2 and couldn’t even dunk a tennis ball on 10ft after 4 weeks I started to see results of doing this 4 Times a week now I can easily dunk on 10ft ima keep using it until I can eastbay 100% recommend if you want to increase ur vertical

    I’m not 100% sure but I think my vertical is 20 inches, I’m 5’9, and more on the bulky side so I’ll be doing this twice a week and update every week about my vertical👍🏾

    Oh my bad I never responded, it’s been good but I haven’t been able to train as much because I’m in-season. Although right now I believe my vertical is nearing 25 inches. I could dunk easily on a lowered rim(8’4). I’m not sure where I am on 9 feet but I could also touch the backboard on the 9’6 rim.

    @@rafaelsagaad890it’s good but I combined other workouts with this to make it more effective. Like I use the warm up and drop jumps then I added some wall sits, squat jumps, and jump rope.

    super•set | 'soopar,set | noun Mathematics a set which includes another set or sets. That’s like the math definition ig but it’s like a combination of sets ex. if you were to do 3x6 shoulder press and also 3x6 bicep curls you could do these together, the difference is the rest I believe, between exercises you would have the same rest you have between sets (which is usually less) but afterwards you ‘compensate’ by getting more rest than you would in between exercises since it’s a combination of them. There’s more to it but not much I can remember to be honest. Ask a gym rat haha
