If you'd like to join a faction such as the LSPD in GTAW you'd have to write several essays for the application, have IC and OOC interviews and do an examination that requires more essays. This is what makes a heavy RP server great. If you don't feel like immersing yourself completely then just don't do it and go for a lower level of RP, nobody is forcing you!

I'm not saying I'm talented by any means, but I was rejected from GTA World for petty garbage. My guess is they've significantly changed their application process recently, and it's entirely too stringent in my opinion. If they want to gatekeep that's their right to do so, but I'd just caution people that it's a massive waste of time to apply.

Didn’t know there were more rp servers than no pixel, knowing how hard getting into no pixel so I’ll definitely try other servers if I plan on it

Question then, if I rent a rage server 1. Should I buy another copy of GTA to run on that server and my original just to play GTA normal? 2. I've seen videos on youtube where guys just add mods to their game and kinda do their RP from their, can you add players to RP with with the mods and again should you buy another copy?

If you a streamer you only need few application with no efforts...like Sykkuno,XQC,Zerkaa,Valkyrae those got in easily

I tried to join multiple ones always reading over the rules & trying my best to do the application. only to always have a different admin highlighting something or telling me to add up onto my application , this shit never stops. The reason most off these servers are never full is because they act like it's the most exclusive thing out there. Have better things to do in life , lmao Besides , i did not find one server in GTA V that was a medium type off roleplay , it's either super - light roleplay or super- heavy with ridiculous application forms. Where are these fun like medium roleplay servers where you just need a basic understanding off roleplay, where you can make up a character as you go with simple multi - questions regarding meta gaming , roleplay etc?

Join servers like mafia city and eclipse rp because they actually let you in without getting you to pay(unlike no pixel🤦‍♂️)For those servers you have to pass and quiz and then ur in

PMA RP seems to be exactly what you're looking for. Its soft whitelisted so all you need to do is go to their website and click a captcha and you'll be whitelisted until the next restart. It keeps randoms out. The RP is pretty decent

I recommend sticking it out and putting the extra effort in your application. Expect to have to edit your application multiple times during evaluation. This is probably the most tedious thing on the server to do and IMO it keeps out hackers and people that don’t want to take it seriously. After you get this done you’ll never have to do it again unless you want a whole other account. I’m from GTA:World it was pretty easy

No it's all about how good your application is they don't do any interviews or checks but the queue is the hardest part because it's so massive

I have a question for the form on GTA world. I dont understand the question "Jimmy is a 25 year old Capo within the Gambini. After a heated argument with Don Gambini, Jimmy decided it's best for him to leave the organization and join a local MC as a patched member. Things were going great for Jimmy but after a bit of time he realized the MC life was not for him. He always wanted to be in a gang although he didn't know anyone who was part of a gang. He decided to hang around Vespucci with a local Mexican gang, not knowing any of the members. Eventually with little interaction between him and the gang, Jimmy became part of their group. What's wrong with this scenario? (At least 2 paragraphs are expected)" What is wrong with it?

Application process is impossible now. Personally I'd not waste the time.

I didn't realize the No Pixel donation is a reoccurring payment. I was SO close to signing up for this but I thought you'd just have to donate once then have access to play on the server. That's more than NETFLIX! Feels unfair to make people donate monthly but I guess they gotta keep the servers up somehow? idk

i’m gonna go out on a limb here and guess redline is gonna be the best option. If Treyten is a community manager it’s more likely to be a little bit less ridiculous with the policies.

Well just turned 15 and getting my PC tomorrow so redline I'll see you soon with my 75+ hours of rp

I was head of PD there for a while, my voice pops up in quite a few videos, and I ended up quitting when I found out what a megalomaniac Elanip really is. He likes to shoot off at the mouth, but honestly, he just does content for 13-16 year olds. srsly, dude has no class at all. Server died not long after I left.

Pro tip for people trying to get into Redline RP, the application is fairly easy, just put most of your effort into the stage 2 interview and you’ll probably get in :) it wasn’t too hard for me personally

Nopixel is the best gameplay wise, but it's really fricking hard to get into

Hey guy just a heads up. REDLINE RP is exremely strict and unproffessional when it comes to the reviewer, reviewing you application. I was denied because of a question that asked "What would you do if you see Elanip, Treyten or another youtuber/content creator in game?: My response was "If at all possible, i would love to participate in an RP scenerio with one. But other then that id just stick to watching there streams when im off the game and just enjoy their presence in game lol. My answer basically said id follow the rules when it came to RP and id enjoy being in a lobby with them. SOMEHOW THIS RESULTS IN ME NEVER BEING ALLOUD TO APPLY AGAIN. Terrible experience and honestly it shouldnt be this hard to join a game.

Do they also ask for a blood sample? Jokes asides though, I never did any RP, but it seems that playing a character, beign respectful and friendly should be enough to RP. Some rules make sense, but some are just weird, and sometimes there's just to many of them. This is completely uninviting for any person that is interested on it like I was. Not to mention that allowing people to donate to you before they pass the application process is just weird.

If i want to get whitelisted in nopixel, do i have to do a conversation with them afterwards or is it only the part you showed to get whitelisted?

Mafia City is great for a much more laid a back experience and there is a lot to offer, though it can get quiet because people tend to grind alot. GTA world is another rp server that you don't need any rp hours for and its a all typing server. There is a lot of hidden gems on the rp scene you just gotta find them

I found a server called Dreams RP a while ago, It just got released so its not Whitelisted. Its based on No-pixel like same UI and stuff and usually has around 90 players during peak hours so its good to familiarize yourself with like No Pixel RP style.

I know they have to balance being open and making sure they don't get people taking the piss out of it and exploiting it, but some of these rules seem to stuck up and almost snobby to an outsider it's ridiculous. Like that one that said you must have 75 hours playing RP in order to join the RP server - it's like the bollocks that is "you haven't got the job because you need more work and life experience, but we aren't going to let you get any work or life experience." I understand why they do it but it locks out so many people and it's annoying, because I've been watching Zerkaa play the noPixel Server, but noPixel is notoriously hard to get in to without being a minor celebrity and I don't have a clue what other, more accessible servers are similar and as good.
