What do you mean by saying " this is an old video but was very helpful"? Is the wood work anything new? The main logic comes from the ancient times actually. Or maybe we re not able to take important information for a lot several topics around, rom older sources?
thank you very much, from Indonesia here, the basic knowledge is the something that I need for the beginner like me.

Thank you so much for your help with explaining the basics for people like me! I’m a girl (using that term for age loosely 🤫), who wants to learn how to use tools effectively! And, a real big thanks for not advertising your video as a tutorial on one particular tool, or a “how-to”, with a single power tool, and then pulling out the table saw, and router! I am so grateful that I found you!

Helpful, thank you. I'm looking for ways to attach a pine frame made out of 2x4's to a half inch plywood sheet (12x24"). Most people use a Ryobi brad nailer..because they're quick and easy, but they're a little expensive. Hammer and nails...I won't manage that - once my work orders increase. It's good to see alternative methods x

Some never do of course, but I'm still pretty amazed. I think it has more to do with fear of failure or perhaps having been so lucky to have always having someone else around to do these things for them. My Mrs. doesn't know a screwdriver from a potato peeler.
