September 2022 and this is the best video I've seen on vertical blind installation on sliding glass patio doors. Very professional and easy to understand. 🙏
I watched many videos on how to install vertical blinds. Alll other videos left out the most important detail on exactly how high you have to place the mounting brackts. This video shows that very clearly. Thank you. Now I can install the vertical blinds without a problelm. Job well done.

Exactly! That was the only information that I needed.
LADY!!! you saved my life!!! the instructions i received in the pack were awful! Thank you!!! Thank you!!!
Saved the day, thanks so much. Watched it through once, then watched and paused as we completed each step. Looks like it should. Much appreciated.
Thank you! Just installed blinds via your instructions. Very easy
Thank you for the video. It was a great help. But I must admit that you sure made attaching the head rail to the track look way easier than it actually was for us. :-)
Still relevant today!!! Thanks!! Also make sure you line up your rail with the clips because those clips are tough to unclip!
I just wanted to say thanks, I just installed my vertical blinds following your instructions and it was very easy. Thanks again.
Great!!!!!! Thank you , i want to buy my blinds but didnt know how to install them, now with your video you're a great help WOW
Very helpful but missed three things. I had to re-do some steps because I'd never done it before. 1 - Drill into stud or use anchors 2 - Slide top bracket pieces out further if you have molding, so panes have enough room to turn 3 - What direction the pane should face and if it clips on the bottom or middle hook
One thing I will probably add to my installation is the use of drywall screw anchors (purchased separately) for added durability or better use a stud finder and screw it directly into the studs.
if your installing your brackets (outside) and above the window or door, standard wood framing would have a (header) a solid wood framing member 4"x6" or 4"x8" behind the drywall, to screw into, if not then use plastic wall anchors as needed.
Thank you so much. This was so helpful. I just finished and I am now going to install one in the kitchen....thanks again!!!
Good and simple explanations; made my install job very easy. Thanks!
You make it look very easy, thank you.
Wow..that seemed easy. I can do this instead of paying out money to JCP to have them installed. Thank you.
these videos are so helpful thanks
Thank you for the video, you were very helpful !
This is great - thank you. and I did buy anchors.
Thanks! Very helpful!
Thank you very much your explanation was very helpful for me, better than my blind manual ;)
thank you so much!
If only my blinds can snap into place that easily. 🤷🏽♀️
It really looks easy & simple to do but I'm going to still let a friend install my blinds b/c me & handy work just don't go together very well!
1:48 No anchors used? No mention of a stud.
Why the heck can't I "snap" the headrail into the brackets? Every video I watch looks like a kid could do it with one hand and I'm over here using all my strength, throwing my back out and it will not snap in!
But what are the chances of there being a stud right where you need it and evenly spaced with the window? What about heavy duty anchors with wings?
