I'm in doubt between this and Ess Ice. I will have to use Inser RX. Where I live it is very hot and the lenses fog up easily and I also like a broader view because I shoot. Which do you think would be best for my needs that I have described?

The Uvex Genesis offers excellent protection and comfort. Plus, it will save you some money. The ESS ICE using the URx Prescription Carrier is a bit more expensive, but the URx insert can be installed in multiple ESS and Oakley SI styles.

No. The Genesis XC and X2 series lenses are not compatible with the original Genesis series.
