They make a difference. More bass and louder. I wish they came with them but you can off set price by selling the old ones or use in you older HD.

Did you realize that you put the left side one in the right side and the right side one and the left side??? The way you have it the tweeters out there should be pointing in towards the rider

When I changed from 5x7 a radio flash was required but they worked without the flash. There was a sound increase after flashed.
How was the sound after it was flashed??

OMG. It’s Loud and Clear. Then I don’t know that it got even louder because I had my media sound turned down. It’s louder than I will ever play it. Also note that this bike drawn a ton of power from the infotainment. So you will drain that battery quick if you try and sit and play parked somewhere. In my garage while on the battery tender and cleaning it is when I crank it sometimes.
