Interesting video. I wish that you demonstrated its functionality at the end. I have questions on room size, height of sensor location, proximity of a door, traffic in the area, LED or incandescent load, etc. Will look deeper into this brand. Thank you.

This video was very helpful, since I did not use the red wire before, just the two black, like single switch, but.... could not set the timer (no blinking lights) and the light would not shut off. So I was excieted to try the two blacks together and the red. The timer setting on the motion switch worked for the first time, but... still the light would not shut off. So I added two and two, and moved the black wire back to the location of the red wire, and viola!! Success!... so result is hit black wire alone, slave black wire and red wire to other terminal. As usual, green to ground. Feel like I got my brain back... lol.

I'm pretty sure that blue wire is sometimes live if it's for the 3-way function. It should be cut off and capped. The way you did it leaves bare live wire exposed in the box (see at 9:34). A wiring diagram would be helpful in this video just to see what wire goes where.

Depends on the manufacturers directions. Shut off the power first. Typically black is hot and goes to brass screw, white is typically neutral and goes to silver screw, and bare copper is ground and goes to green screw. But again, follow the switch directions.

One black should be from the circuit breaker (separate the 2 blacks, turn power on and see which one is hot), the other black goes to another light switch feeding a different light fixture they just used the switch box as a junction box. The red wire goes to the light you are trying to control with the switch. It is common to use a red wire as a switch leg.
