It's nice that you have a track on the bottom as well as the top. Most of ours here don't, and they can slip out of place easily.

I have a question. I put the vinyl top guide on mine and the door wouldn’t slide back fourth it looked like it was to tight with the guide is this normal?

Sorry, I never used the vinyl type yet. But it can be that the surface is curved and it may be curving the track as well. Just a guess.

Curious, why didn't you remove the trim on the bottom? Wouldn't doing that help with the gap on the side of the doors when closed?

The door does not hit the trim. There's plenty of gap between the door and the track.

What is the 1.5 inch offset for on bottom track

Mostly for the 1/4 round molding.

Where can I buy a set of tracks? I cut my tracks too short... And I don't want to buy a full set. HD has only the full set to sell. Thanks.
