A woman of color adorning her little princess' crown NATURALLY HEALTHY WITHOUT tight weaves, braids and wigs with that awful glue that so many of OUR women & their young daughters are losing their hair to just because they are trying to fit into "western society & culture." Her hair is going to be healthy and down to her tail bone just like her mommy! I love this so much! Way to go mom! Make sure that baby girl passes this down to her own children & make them understand that there's nothing wrong with being natural, and that black hair CAN GROW with the proper regiments, patience & that it is extremely versatile!

there’s absolutely nothing wrong with wearing weave and braids lmao. just like how there’s nothing wrong with wearing natural hair. some women do it because they simply like the look, and are not trying to fit into western culture so I don’t think its right of you to tear down protective styles with weave and whatnot. you can uplift natural hair without simultaneously bringing down other things.

Yes, but I took my time too It was all installed with her own time It took us 5 weeks in total.

How do u secure the ends, do u tie a knot at the ends and then interlock?

I love this sister's locs but am do sarced of sitting for long time job well done

This has to be the best tutorial of sisterlocs installed. Also my hat goes off to your daughter for sitting through it all. I’m considering locking my natural hair, it’s a bit on the lengthy side but I want to do it myself possibly. I have twisted my own in small two stand’s before but I ended up taking them out and they weren’t nearly as small as these. What would you recommend?

Thank you very much for your kind words, I use crochet hook, just that I remove the plastic on it.

My experience has been horrible I've known my location for years.. and she is so slow and she takes advantage of me knowing her.. so she took so long to finish my hair I had about 3 sessions already,,,,, and my hair has been left looking like loke dog!!!! And my hair was itchy and flaky so she got mad because I messed up her parts... My hair has been sitting in lokes for a week what do you expect!!!!!!!!!!!!!!😢

5 weeks, 2 hours a day, some days I did nothing, it was not a serious installation

I did my child sister locs, however, i started them off with tiny micro twist.
