I would say no, if I’m understanding your question correctly.I’ve tried both wet/dry hair, I prefer wet or at least damped.

Hello, I hope all is well! I mist her hair with water daily. Sometimes in rare cases I’ll skip a day or so if she doesn’t leave the house.

Hey, you can go to Amazon and type Interocking tool and it’ll pop right up. I’ve recently seen a video of someone saying they got it from their local beauty supply and picked one up for a few dollars. You may want to check there first before ordering 🙂
