As a utility locator, I really appreciate the fact that you make sure to tell people in each video to call in for a locate request to make sure they don't pop their own gas, electric, cable, telephone or fiber optic lines.

Hopefully the people coming out to mark them know what they're doing. The cable tv company was off by several feet in my yard. I think he and the electrical guy hit the same line underground because those marks were very close (red and orange spray paint). I was installing corrugated pipe for my downspout. I thought I was hitting tree roots when I almost severed the cable lines. It was like 10 feet from the orange line he sprayed.

Concur, as much as I appreciate his other videos, this entire project puzzles... Why would anybody want a shade in the heat-absorbing color of black.... one that doesn't cover much, one that will feed the rain back towards the entrance, and something less than readily easy to put up and take down for the winter. Must be a "Kiwi" thing. Have never seen one of these "shade sail" contraptions anywhere in the states.... (nor do I think it likely to catch on, certainly not in the south)

Wrong eyebolt, always use one that have shoulders on them. Also, using a bottle / sail hardware is recommended for the strength. Never a good idea to attach it to the house, especially with some of the larger shades, the uplift can be hundreds of pounds in the wind. Some of the sails, you need to use a 2 ton puller to get them taut, that will rip the soffits off of most houses.
