I’m about to build a phoenix models edge 540 it’s my first balsa the part that scares me the most is cutting the holes in the skin for the servos any advice?

Do the servos go out in the wing panel itself? The only thing I can suggest would be trying to cut them slightly smaller then the servo itself, so when you insert the servo it tucks the extra into the hole to help get it from peeling. The only other suggestion I have would be to check out: FlightReviewz How To: Installing Aileron Servos I believe that may cover the topic you're asking about.

@@invertedadventuresrc thank you so much I been stressing this part and installing the elevator into the fuselage it’s a super tight fit so far I’ve only been able to get it half way in without trimming anything
