I recently bought 3 expansion packs but I can't install them. I follow the video tutorial step by step. I updated my heat up to version 3.5.3 but I can't import my expansion packs, it only says import and open but I can't install. I have Mac OS

The older expansions which I have downloaded years ago and are on my ssd can't be imported! Now I have to download all expansions again?! Is there another way because it is very much data to download.

How do we do it in Sektor??? The video guide that comes with it and tells us to drag the expansion onto a square in the expansion section does NOT work. And that "import" button you mentioned for "Heatup" doesn't exist in my of Sektor (which begs to question why are your apps not even uniform... that could simplify a lot of the problems where we are looking for answers and can't find them, because we could just look at how your other ones do it).

Question is it the same if u have this cracked and u didn’t but it and spend all that money for no reason?

I purchased heat up 3 last night. Having trouble installing the factory library. It ask me to locate library. When I click on folder it doesn't do anything. Says instrument library not found. Need help.

does anyone know here the custom presets folder is located so I can make a back up copy to put them on my new PC? PLEASE HELP

please i need help on mac i buy new expansion pack but the issue is when i go to import only said open but don load my expansion my version is 3.5.3

Not easier in my opinion because now I have to make sure my presets and favorite sounds aren't missing when I update the VST.

Great I have 2 that didn’t work and I didn’t have time to go thru the old process

You are not running the latest version then.... the "import expansion" button has been added in 3.5 , in order to check your version number click settings, click about heatup

can u delete the installed xpansion once the installation is complete?

On your harddrive you should have a "Heatup Library" folder. This is the folder containing the instrument data. You can move the folder to any location or Harddrive of choice. The next time you open Heatup you will be asked for the new location of the "Heatup Library" folder. Anytime you import a expansion pack, Hetaup will write the data into the "Heatup Library" folder.

@@INITIALAUDIO I have tried that so many times and never worked !!! This has become very frustrating. Question? This seems to be a problem a lot of customers are experiencing, which makes me believe that this may be a bug that needs to be fixed in the plugin. Also a more clear video of how to install, alternative installation locations and solutions to problems that may occur for both Mac / PC! I am currently on a PC running Windows 10. Any help would be greatly appreciated!! Thank You!

When you install the Heatup3 plugin you have to move the factory library (Heatup Library Folder) to a destination of choice, this can be your internal or external harddrive. When you import a expansion pack, the data will be moved to this folder, if you have placed your heatup library folder at a external harddrive, all expansion packs will be installed to the external drive automatically.

Hey, you must update to the latest version Heatup 3.5.1 , you will find the update at my account at the updates tab. The full version and demo version installers have been updated as well, a fresh installation does not require a update. In order to check your actual version number start heatup, click settings, click about heatup.
