Heat up 3 is fire. Got nexus too but not got any expansion packs for it yet. I for some reason only keep buying them for heat up 3. drill expansion has some really sick stabs.

Hello Cedrick, can you please explain how to change the expansion folder for Heat Up 3 to external SSD. This is due to the file size of the expansion packs.

Did you purchase any specific expansion? I can't find some of these sounds on the demo version.

I have all the expansion packs now ... at the time of recording i didnt add any expansion packs

What i like about is that eq section they should sell a 6 band eq with the same algorithm

so they sent you the expansion packs for free automatically after you purchased heat 3?

I’m debating whether I should get this or scorch. What do you think? Just purchased FL yesterday so it would be my first purchased plug in

I had the same question for myself today. I ended up pulling the trigger on Heat Up 3 because it has more sounds and flexibility. I'm sure Scorch would've been great too but Heat Up was a little cheaper, and I was able to demo it before purchase. I honestly think Scorch is more capable of speeding up workflow though with its chord generator capabilities.

2:04 ATTENTION MAC PEOPLE... If you use a Magic Mouse, You can't do Control Click for right click, You need to enable right click in settings with the right part of the mouse or use another mouse. I was wondering also why it wasn't working for me and used another mouse with right click and it worked.

Solid review as always. However, I think you should buy a good mic for your voice (lavalier or condensator) and use your "onboard sound"(which costs nothing?). I'm sure that you would reach your goals faster with those little tweaks :) but hey, your channel, your rules! Peace bro

I always felt like heatup was a cheap version of Nexus. It has pretty much the same sounds I have heatup 2. I used it once or twice. Same as the Trap Godz vst.

Tackgod vst isn’t worth the money. Heatup 3 has better sound quality than heatup 2 though.

I would say this is similar to Sektor (by the same company, Initial Audio), but a bit more expensive.

This has surprised me, heat up 3 was one of the first VST’s I bought and didn’t like it as thought the sounds were cheesy and didn’t sound like what you would hear in music I listen to as in not professional etc. I think it’s because my melody’s are basic though when I watch you, you use any plug in and the melody sounds great, starting to think it’s more the midi/melody than the sounds themselves
