Excellent product! Don't waste your time with the oem clips. These clips are VERY easy to install as the video shows. Thank you sir for making life easy!

These are a great product, I’m doing my 6th top end on my 2014 and have used the ez kit for the past five. The oem clips are a nightmare and launched into space on my first top end…..and safety glasses are a good call! Not sure why vertex doesn’t include the head bolt copper washers…just to make it %100.

Hello Krinkling Dude: Thanks for your patronage. We appreciate it. Although many guys change the copper washers on every top end rebuild, they can be re-used many times. I never change them on my bikes.

Do the clips not come like this stock to reduce the weight of the moving parts?

Does your piston kits have updated oem pistons, or pistons that address the possible skirt/crank contact?

Hello Mark: Vertex, who supplies the KTM O.E.M. pistons, resolved that issue at least 3 years ago. Our EZ kits, slavensracing.com/shop/ez-top-end-rebuild-kit-250300-ktm-husaberg-husqvarna/, are what you need.

No, not reccomended to reuse.

Even with this you will still have a few customers not seat the wire in the groove correctly lol.
