Changed my exhaust too on my corsa D, but even without any backbox on it, it doesn't make a lot of noise xD changed my air filter too, that air suction sound is awesome !

Owen Kent really you are meant to inform your insurance of any modification you do to your car.

can this exhaust fit to Opel Astra H 1.6 16v?

Was this a 1.4 with a middle silencer ?

that should not happen since there is no sensor dash light for the exhaust at all, if theres an engine light then theres a problem with the engine.

You've probably had someone ask this question already but with this sounding not to loud and not much differently than the standard stock will it pass MOT inspection as I know a lot of people are worried after buying a back box and having to fit the old one back on just for an MOT check? Thanks in advance and nice job btw 👍

Nathan Watson yeah it will my friend and I both have the same exhaust and an air filter and both our cars passed MOT.

Where did you get this engine cover from ?

Fraser Newport a friend of mine is a painter. I got him to do it for me. Still got it mounted on my unit wall as I’ve sold the car now

Hey man so you know the little clamp looking thing that comes with the back box, what is that used for? Is that actually a clamp because it slots into my back box and not over it?

Cam Hearse hiya mate. Yeah it’s just a clamp the holds the back box on. The new exhaust I fitted was just a push fit so no need for the clamp

yeah it was a universal filter i had knocking about. I will be making another video this weekend on how to install a cone filter and the pros and cons

Shonea Holligan only when it’s cold. I’ve changed to a straight through centre section now as well so now makes lots of pops but no crackles 😂

Evan Brumhead I used a straight through exhaust from a corsa d as I was told it will fit! Turns out it didn’t so I cut up the corsa c centre section and used a exhaust joint to fit the two together. Works well and sounds good 👍

Sounds exactly the same to me really.....

Was this just the backbox

johnsta0492 I do yeah. It’s a video on making a corsa c straight through fit a corsa d. I will be making another video soon as I’m really happy with it

Just going to be brutally honest it sounds the same which is a shame tbh I’ve owned one and sold it and went back to stock cause the stock looks better in the exhaust cut out on the bumper

Gav totally agree, hence why the next video I did I made a straight through centre section. As for how it looks with the bumper I quite liked it
