Hey how did you figure out which was the blinker line? Tested all mine with a reader to see and all of them had a constant voltage if car was off/on and same w blinkers.

Hey there, thank you for asking. I did not have a tester with me before, what I did before, I inserted the bare copper(DRL/turn signal) wire to one of the male connector of the stock turnsignals, to determine which one was the turn signal. Otherwise, I would have to splice each to figure out which one was the turn signal wire. Hope this helps. Good luck!

Are these lights LEDs? I wasn't sure if a load resistor would be necessary.

Have u tried trying to direct test from the battery? If it works then the wiring must redone. Else it is a defect.

hey mate, never had a problem at all. I planned before hand of where I will tap the positive into. I tapped into the ignition Fuse. Reason for that is I like my drl switched ON at all times. I can tap it onto the headlight if I want it too or the parkLight ;)

I tapped onto the ignition relay, not the engine. you can tap as well to constant power when car is running.

Pardon me, i tapped into the Ignition fuse. I dont think it is dangerous because when activates, the drl resistor is inserted on ground side, replacing the normal direct ground path through bcm. this result in approx +9 volts dropped and the remaining +3volts are dropped across the drl resistor. As you probly know, with engine running, alternator will add 1.5 volts or more to the batt. DRL LEDS draw such small amount of current and voltage. if you connect a drl or any light system that do not have a resistor, chances of risk will be likely. So dont buy a drl that do not have resistors.

So I installed some similar drls but after tapping into the same ignition fuze my car doesn’t actually start. The dash comes on and the drls work perfectly along with the turn signal but the it car isn’t actually starting. Edit: after comparing more it looks like when you tapped into the ignition fuze there is a 10 amp fuze in your tap, my car had a 15 amp fuze in that slot so when i put my tap in i put a nother 15 amp fuze in the tap, is that an issue at all?
