That means your "Accept Inhibit" setting is set to "YES" on the Recycler, and that combined with either the Recycler being low, or at least being below its par level, is causing it to give that error. For most applications, I recommend a par level of 5, with "Accept Inhibit" set to "NO". That will fix your problem for sure.

We have some basic parts on them available for sale, but MEI/CPI doesn’t allow the sale of most parts to end users. The internal ribbon to which you’re referring is a non-replaceable, non-repairable part of the Recycler. Not even an authorized service center can fix a bad ribbon. They are installed at the factory in such a way they can’t be touched again. If your ribbon fails or is damaged, you have to buy a new Recycler.

Only if you replace the OEM control board with an upgrade option like a VE UCB board, a Revision Door, or an InOne OneBoard. Here is an example of what you would need - stores.vendorstech.com/ap-110-112-113-universal-control-board-kit-no-drop-sensors/

Vendors Tech thank you for the quick reply :), so i’m new too vending and i don’t really get everything i’m still learning i haven’t gotten a vending machine yet and i’m still debating on which one to get do you know the difference between the ap 113 and the ap 123?

@@tylerwright497 The 123 is just newer, and would already be compatible with an MEI Recycler if it has the lastest software on it. The software version can be determined by viewing it in your menu options, or by looking at the sticker on the smaller of the two removable chips on the control board. It should be v5.xx, and the latest version is v5.24 or newer.

Vendors Tech so if i bought an ap 123 i wouldn’t have to buy a new motherboard to add a bill recycler? And what about a credit card reader would i still have to buy a new board to add a CC reader?

@@tylerwright497 No, a card reader and the VNR Recycler will work fine in an OEM AP 123 as long as you're running current software. You can contact us if you need the latest software chip 970-623-1272. Thanks!

If it won't reset upon startup, you'll probably need to send the validator in for service.

How i can change decimal point?

I don't understand your question. Why would you want to change it, and what would you change it to? There isn't a decimal point on the Recycler screen as far as I know anyway.

@@VendorsTech decimal point may be equal 0 or 2. Vending machine write price $10 or $10.00.

@@VendorsTech in some countries, used different decimal points. So, if coin mechanism has dp=0, then mei 2712 must have dp=0 too. If i have cards reader, then it has dp=0 too. So, in my case crane167h has coin mechanism mei7900 with dp=2, card terminal has dp=2, but mei2712 has dp=0. It is not correctly. Usually, mei2612 or icta7 has dipswitch for solve this problem.

@@andrey6353 I do not believe U.S. currency equipment has the ability for those settings to be changed. I am not familiar with the settings you are talking about either. I am also unfamiliar with the export models you may have, so I am not going to be able to answer your question.

What like with the time passing by and new development maybe test out and talk about what types of brands and their pros and cons if there are any and how to do all them individually uncless you have and i haven't seen ot or individual videos then I'll look more i would like to understand the individual parts and what they do explained in detail and in a simple way for me to understand i have adhd and i learned if you explain it from A-Z it will make more sense and I'll get it the first 3 time i watch the video in a row
