HOW TO INSTALL A-PILLAR GAUGES FOR A 370z!

I couldn't find a very clear video on how to wire in a set of gauges for a 370z, so I decided I would make my own! I hope this helps you get a clearer idea on how to do yours. Oil starved on the track due to not having enough oil in the car, and it locked up. I was away on a trip and let my brother and father use it and they overlooked it. It happens!

How did you take off the A column interior trim piece?

There is a piece holding the a pillar cover on about halfway down. You need to rotate it 90 degrees to release the a pillar cover, theres two little prongs that go in that need to turn. Once it's turned and the prongs are lined up with the hole, it should come off

Is it safe to hook up the 16 gauge wire from the fuse tap to a 22 gauge wire for the sensor

So I extended my sensor cables and that's all connected to my gague. But I'm left with the black,red,white,brown,pink and grey cables. All I have to do is power the red cable to a fuse like you did and ground the black? I don't need to connect the other white,brown,pink and grey cables? I have a aem analog oil pressure gague

Correct, you do not need to connect the other cables! Those other ones are used to splice into the ECU for data logging purposes through the sensor, if I recall correctly. It is not required to connect to have the gauge work properly

@@MilburnMotorsportsI just had to connect the red, pink and grey wires together for mine older style one. It's plugged to the cigarette lighter fuse and everything works good 👍 Thank you for your help !

I am not sure, I have only done it with a 370z but I would expect it to be fairly similar
