How to install a maxxair fan (What NO ONE shows)

Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

Step-by-step Maxxair fan install & how to finish wiring systems! All materials are linked below.
This project is one that you can certainly do by yourself - we finished both fan install's with no prior experience! See the entire video to see how we finished the wiring not just the installation of the fans. - See the prewiring video here: • How to prewire a van -...
- For more info on electrical, copy our diagram here: • Camper Van Electrical ...
Note: Both fans shown in this video are deluxe, they will be placed over our kitchen and bed to intake and exhaust air. This allows airflow in the kitchen and improves air circulation where we sleep.

no heat shrink around our small wires, although you can certainly do it! we just used our crimp connectors for those. We only used heat shrink in our large electrical area, which you can see here: kzread.info/dash/bejne/Z4usz5uzYqrTfJc.html Hope this helps!

You could have put wood underneath to tighten the screws too. Less chance of leaks later!!!!!

Hey! We have 3 100 Amp Hour LiFe (Lithium Iron) Batteries, connected to 400 Watts of Solar. Not entirely sure what you mean by using power from dome lights (I'm not familiar with dome lights). But this is how we power our rig.

@@AOmega72 Hm! I've never heard of this (but I've never heard of a lot of things!) Luckily, KZread has tons of really knowledgable people. The fans don't drain a ton of power, but the one thing I would warn against is that obviously you don't want to drain your car battery. Most rigs have a separate house battery of some sort. Good luck! I really hope you find what you're looking for! :)

If you don't know what you're doing...you don't need to make how to video..we don't need to know how to screw up..we know that already.🙄

Part of our documenting in the beginning was showing the whole process-- but learned that that's not what everyone is looking for!
