Thanks for these quality instructions! I've had my Grapic Express 3M stripes laying arround for a couple of weeks not being sure of the correct process of how to apply them, since the instructions that came with them are quite "compact". This will help me all the way!

Really nice job and great tips. Just wish I had use of a lift rather then sitting on the ground trying to do this! lol Have to replace passenger side one due to a little door body work by the crease. Cheers from Motown/Dearborn.

Thanks for all the helpful tips, great video. It looks like you were approximately 1/4 inch above the lower door gap. Would you recommend that same 1/4 inch on a 1967 Shelby gt 350? Thanks again.

Where did you order the the rocker decal from? The one I have found have the GT decal included.

Original stripes also wrapped into the wheel wells. Not correct installation front and rear. Should be like the door jambs.

No, I wasn't particularly concerned about a buzzing noise in a warehouse of all places. Why is it seemingly impossible to get the MUSTANG letters from going on all crookedie like the signs on the Little Rascals clubhouse? I decided to forego the metal letters in favor of a custom sticker in a crookedy Sans font

They make stick on letters now... and I actually prefer them over the "pin on" style.

Liked video for side stripes.how about a video of stripes across the top and hood roof and trunk 66 coupe.anniversary gold on car i want to put black 6inch stripes on it.and what is the correct spacing for same.thanks again i enjoy the videos.

Sorry, I'm not familiar with that type of stripe install. Those are usually painted on. Thanks for watching!

Good job on the install, but did a 3rd header hang the mustang script? Damn!!

Who know the exact dimennsions of FASTBACK GT 1966 side stripes?

Is it possible to let it dry over night, or is it too long? Nice video btw.

Thanks! I'm sure you could let it dry over night... but I've never tried that.

Mine have been rolled up in a box for who knows how long, should I take them out and straighten them?

If they get too old they may start to breakdown and stick to the paper backing. Straightening them isn’t important.

It's 3/4 teaspoon Dawn soap in 32 oz of water.

Maybe straighten out the crooked "Mustang" letters first.

Yeah, that's a VERY COMMON problem I see on mustangs. I didn't install these letters... and they can actually be quite difficult to straighten although it can be done. However, it's never as good as installing them correctly the first time.

Wrong! To you, not lining up the stripes may look like the door was not hung correctly. To me, it looked like the stripes weren't horizontal lined up. Just sayin

I am convinced that no one knows how to properly attach the PIN ON letters in the stripe. I have seen some HORRIBLE attempts even using the template.
