hi ,yes it can fit for 2019 accord,But it need to confirm whether your original car screen is a 7-inch or 8-inch screen, because the required wires will be different. If it is an 8-inch screen, also need to confirm whether your car has a digital amplifier.

When you started installing the new wiring the 2nd and 3rd are not big enough to go around the connecting pieces and there's a couple more I'm having issues with. Is there a website to buy the wires separately? @ebilaen
