    How should i act when development team does disagree about my new idea but i am sure of my idea's value?

    You should be able to back this up. If you have customer insight and the correct data that all point green on your idea - and you're able to get them to sympathise with the problem - then you will have an easier time convincing. Also get them involved before you tell them what to do. I am sure they would appreciate feeling valued and as if they are having a direct impact. Would you rather work on something you thought of and can see its value or what someone else said has value?
