Man thank you very much for this walk through video, it was a very big help and my Xbox x download and upload speed increased dramatically.

My internet connection was fantastic for months and suddenly the past few days I was rubber-banding terribly, ran some speed tests and the latency is sitting anywhere between 60-150 ms consistently (and got as high as 190) - would you have any idea what would've caused the sudden skyrocket in ping? Appreciate you putting these vids up though brotha, I'm going to give this a shot.

Wondering if you know if, say when I test the speed on my Xbox it says latency at 70ms. However when I play Apex it'd around 40-50ms, is the 70ms affecting my game ontop of the 40ish apex runs at?

My wifi is terrible so it went from 15mb to 30mb thanks so much

I did this and my internet speed didn’t change BUT my latency went from 100-102ms to 50-53ms!! And my NAT type changed to open. Also the message saying “Upnp not available” disappeared. Thank you!

just got a series s tired to go ethernet cable but does not work says not connected but when i plug ethernet to my gaming PC it works perfectly fine

I did the 8.8.8.8 8.8.4.4 and it boosted my download speed to 46.87, Is that good?

My rogers cable internet (ontario/canada) has issues when I try to change the IP4 dns, so be weary! Easy to go back to set automatic though.

That’s pretty good mate. The upload speed could be better but most people have a pretty crappy upload. Your download is pretty good and your latency is pretty low so you shouldn’t suffer much lag. I’m not sure about changing your port every-time mate. If your speeds are like that on the port your using right now I wouldn’t worry about changing your port all the time. Just keep it as it is. 👍🏻

Is buying a netgear fast router good for this? i’m sure it’s a lot faster than my providers router. there’s 1 for 80$ and it’s like 2gbps

Download speed went from 1.04 to 8.04 but my latency went fron 100 to 132😭 ig ill remember this setup when i wna dl a game

hello friend can you do me a favor to corroborate a bug of series x that is affecting massively? try opening a game and returning to the dashboard without closing the game and you will notice that navigating through it is much smoother. if you close the game you will see how a small lag appears when browsing. Thank you

My download and upload speed is slower but my latency is way lower and I had 5 packet loss but now I have 0
