    Thanks for this video it has ben most helpful, at least for me and I am sure for many other women. I have a question, i have been wondering who to ask for a long time. Since my menopause started I had long Covid and as a result I have had a lot of inflammation. I used to do up to 5/6 hours of yoga a day and now the only form of exercise I manage is walking, Your video has explained some of the reason for my fatigue, but I am wondering do you believe that rebalancing my estrogen level, someone in my position would be able to go back to a regular, daily yoga practice? Commitment is there, just the energy is missing ,D

    Hello! Actually 5/6 hours of yoga a day is already too much and it increases stress hormones...causing a situation of adrenal fatigue..In Menopause we reply on our adrenals to kick in a produce the necessary estrogen along with healthy fatty tissues..so focus on your recovery for now...slowly and steadily build your strength to recover and be able to do 1-1.5 hour of yoga (gentle)..which is a good balance and very helpful.

    Hi! Milk and Dairy should usually be avoided in case of Estrogen dominance (high Estrogen), but it actually depends on the source of milk and your overall hormonal balance. However, to increase Estrogen levels, milk can be helpful.

    @@pruthap4363 Hi! Whole wheat bread, when made from fresh flour as we do for Indian chapati is really good as it is a rich source of B Vitamins, Minerals and Estrogen balance supporting fibre. Yeast bread, which is commonly available in the market is not recommended however as it can aggravate hormone imbalances for many (use depends on case by case).

    Main karnatak ki se aap question kar rahi hun mere ko acche se Hindi nahin aata hai. Mera age 43. Mere ko baccha nahin aaya hai try kar rahi hoon, mere ko 6 manth se every month period hote hain na bleeding bahut hota hai. Do mahine aata hai per period nahin aaya hai. Sab bolata hai pre menopause. Mere ko itna jaldi premenopause nahin chahie magar kya karun every manth period hone ke liye kya main kar sakti hun please please mere ko madad kijiye kindly request.

    How to test the estrogen level in our body and how to decrease testosterone level because i have facial hair slightly also smaller size breast.
