Hey friends! I'm feeling a little bit stuck with my art and don't really see a lot of improvement at the moment. On top of that I'm also procrastinating a lot :D I thought I'd make that the topic of today's video to help motivate you guys, if you feel stuck too, and also myself. I'm sharing my top 5+ tips how to improve and how to do drawing studies when you feel stuck with your art. hope you find it helpful and enjoy the process of my newest illustration of this cute little noodle dragon :)

Hey Laura! My best tip is to be part of a group who also likes creative things, and with whom we can challenge each other, encourage each other, etc. Since joining a creative Discord, I have lots of friends online to share my art with, and I find it much more motivating than when you're alone.

Hey Alexandra! That sounds WONDERFUL! :) It's actually kind of a dream of mine to build a community like that too, since I don't have any irl art friends - my friends just aren't that interested in art stuff so I need my youtube channels to ramble about art all the time :D

Whenever I can’t seem to think of anything i want to draw, I find that searching for new and interesting aesthetics, animals, and natural phenomena usually get my creative juices flowing again. And for the food-themed animals, how about a leaf-nosed bat or a lion fish with a bowl of salad?
