Thank you for another helpful video!! This is somewhat off topic but is related to low sperm count and motility - do you know of any ways to unblock the vas deferens? My husband had a vasectomy reversal a few years ago and there is now scar tissue blocking his vas deferens. I read about serrapeptase successfully working for women with blocked fallopian tubes and so I’m very hopeful that it will work in this case as well. Do you know of any other natural remedies for blockages? Have you heard of success with serrapetase?

Ah interesting. No I haven't worked with serrapetase, however I have heard of it. Homeopathically you can address scar tissue though and I have done that with both male and female patients. You could have a look at my videos on ectopic pregnancies as some of the info there would apply here too I imagine, however, I'd have to take the case to know for sure.

Recent studies are showing the large toll that chemicals have on testosterone - endocrine disrupting chemicals we ingest from pesticides, tap water, all play a huge effect on this - look up "Countdown" by Shanna Swan. If you are looking to increase testosterone, I would try to filter your tap water for chemicals (not just dirt/pathogen) but actual chemicals, which is a bit tricky to do, and secondly, buy organic foods that don't have pesticides. Lastly, this isn't directly related to testosterone, but most men don't realize wearing polyester underwear is hugely detrimental for sperm count, so just wanted to share that as well!

I have very little personal experience with it because I use homeopathic remedies instead. I do know of lots of people finding it very helpful especially in cases of anxiety. For anything else I find it too difficult to judge because it is a pretty broad spectrum herb so I never know what it really does for someone personally :)

We married 15 years trying or a another baby since my daughter was 6. My parter has low sperm count we have samples we thinking of using this this but i m having a go operation next week so i would need to recover rom this.

I just looked, I don't see much research on effect of ice baths on sperm quality. However, there is substantial research on hot tubs, saunas, and heat being very detrimental for sperm, so I'd stay away from those for 6 months at least! It does not seem to affect women as much, because their 'parts' are all internal, unlike testicles which are outside the body. Another thing most people don't know is that wearing polyester underwear causes small build-ups of static electricity which is constantly grounding through the man's testicles, which has a HUGE affect on spermatogenesis - the creation of sperm. Unlike hot tubs, this WAS found to also affect women. So stay away from polyester underwear!

How about azoospermia which is no sperm at all? How to recover?

I've been doing research on low sperm count, and wanted to share this tip, in case it helps, but a study in 1993 with underwear shows that polyester underwear has a hugely negative affect on sperm count. It was found that men who wore a polyester sling were infertile after 140 days. However, when they started to wear cotton underwear after this, they were able to return to normal sperm count. I don't want to give you false hope - there's no guarantee here, but it might be worth a shot to make sure you are only wearing cotton underwear!

Don't forget you own age at this point, this probubly is the way bigger contributor to problems conceiving. If you are over 30 go the the fertility clinic asap!!

Both your blood groups dont matter. Even if there is a mismatch, eg O and B, baby blood and mothers blood dont mix in womb

I know that the 'gray fillings' in the tooth contain plumb and it's very good if you remove it at the dentist with white fillings, because in time the plumb is absorbed into your body.
