    that's definitly one of the more difficult parts of "no fins" because in the 90s the tought us kicking a bit different when learning to swim and I myself are 39 now and I need to relearn it in order to get my no-fins technique much more efficient in the future. 75m was a big step for me last year but I don't progress further more because of bad technique. So this video was very helpful for me and I will try it in a few days at home...

    and by the way... if you guys learned kicking also the wrong way: a rubber-band will help you in the pool to keep your knees together when working on your "muscle-memory" :D :D :D

    @@KAIZENFREEDIVING The guy making the comment is an asshole. In English, we use different words to distinguish the "fingers" on our hands and feet. When we talk about our feet, we use the word "toes'. In the video you use the word fingers when referring to the feet.
