I believe that teachers are not always adequately compensated for their hard work and dedication. Despite their efforts, their pay often does not match their performance. It seems that there is a disconnect between the value they provide and the salary they receive.

Hi, Better try to keep distance and move your vehicle slightly then and there. of course, our country road traffic is not a good case for keeping stop/start feature or manual off/on of ignition key :-). this is one of the reason why Birla's Paarvai Genie advices us to stop only if signal lasts more than 2min.

This is a common mistake by people about the myth of getting good mileage by low speeds and high gears but quick shifting to high gear quickly even at 40km/hr is a bad thing , as the sufficient RPM of the gear is not matched for that low speeds for higher gears and this tends for people to half clutch when they ride like this, this put a lot of pressure on the clutch plate and soon leads to clutch problems. in engine it is more like choking a person and asking them to breath

In a gear box each gear will be sized only to reach certain speeds, for ex- 1st gear - 20-30km, 2nd gear - 30-60, and vice versa. When you are traveling at 60km/hr in 4th gear in 1500rpm and downshift to 2nd gear it reaches its limit, so already the wheels will be spinning in certain rpm, so when you downshift in higher speeds to a lower gears engine rpm, gear rpm and wheel rpm does not match that's why the jolt happens, this is not engine braking. This can be termed as clutch and gear braking, engine braking is only used in buses and trucks, engine braking is done by cutting off the fuel supply to the engine and only 10% of air and fuel is supplied by control valves, this helps to slow the truck or bus but does not stop the ruck or bus as they are heavy and each time they used regular brake it takes more fuel and time to gain the speed again
