    這個細節思考角度切入的還不錯 但 6:00 在示範的時候 感覺要示範移動中去推球 比較能感覺到有沒有用身體+慣性打球 不然你想表達的點 在原地做效果不好

    若是常常運用在快速來回擊球,利用身體前推收拍後的擊球,是不是也要控制力道,不然是否會容易出界?
