There's is no "import from a file" option...

this was no help, I have my json file and key4 file and still am no further forward importing from either. How do you create that file it would except?
doesnt work for me on ubuntu. i click import and it closes the window and does nothing..

go to "about:config" search "fileimport" and switch it to true

Yes Firefox has now disabled this option due to performance issues (as of version 100 anyway)

no guys, tyoe about:config in the search bar, then type signon.management.page.fileImport and then click on it and it should say enabled
