Either or. After 5 years or permanent residency you can apply for citizenship, but you need to actually live there.

The friendly nations visa is $200k. Two years of temporary residency and then permanent residency. This one is is immediate permanent residency

For 100k you can get a CC passport without even visiting the country. Why would someone with common sense put down 700k in a real estafette in Panama to only get a p.residency!? This is not attractive at all

1. With fees a Caribbean passport is about a $130,000 donation 2. Panama is sn investment - you get your money back 3. Panama offers better banking, business opportunities and taxes than most “$100k” passports. The two serve completely different purposes
