How to obtain a Panama Travel Passport
There is a very little-known program, almost forgotten, which allows residents of Panama to obtain a Panama travel passport. What is a Panama Travel passport? Essentially, it is like a normal passport but the only difference is that it specifies your actual citizenship. But you can use this Panama travel passport to travel as a Panamanian, though there could be ambiguities at some borders.

About $275k right now for people who qualify for the Friendly Nations Visa. More for the others.
locking up 300K usd for 5 years, is a pretty big risk just for a passport...but good to know its available

When was this recorded and what is current interest rate at the Panamanian Bank? (I calculated 3.7% with the numbers provided)

Yup. You can get 4%. We were being conservative.
A PASSPORT without CITIZENSHIP is a GUN without BULLETS!
Assuming the USD survives the next 5 years... Which is up for debate
This is amazing. But the risks blow it for me. I don't want to fly somewhere and maybe get refused entry.

Its too expensive to get a travel documents.There are many other ways to get residency with mich lower amount.

One is a donation, the other one is an investment you get back with interest
You are paying for it through inflation
Is this for real? Why hasn't nobody heard about this? Is this new? Has anyone legally travelled to the visa free countries without any issues?

I do research on the ground and meet the right people rather than just doing Google searches. Yes, people have managed to use such a passport without issues. And at times they have issues. Ambiguous.

Australia has given a similar travel passport to 3rd world refugees who are non resident of Australia for years and being used to travel to 1st world countries with no issues, they are probably more common around the world than meets the eye but deliberately kept under wraps.

Does this "Travel Passport" include permanent residency? Is there an expedited path to full citizenship?
