The retail outlet dealers always have dispute with tank lorry crew for quantity certification based on the under ground tank reading. There are chances that the calibration of under ground tank is not correct or does not hold good. This video describe the process to identify the calibration error and ways to correct it.

Sir bohot badia video banai lakin sir yeh btaiye ki maal refinery se garam ata hai pump tak atte maal thanda hojata hai toh supply ki dip Shi hoti hai lakin tank mae dalne ke baad tank 100-200 litre short dikhata hai

रिफाईनरी से पंप तक जो माल ठंडा होने से कमी आती है वो ट्रांसपोर्टर के एकाउंट पर जाएगी। पर आपके टैंक में माल डालने के बाद अगर कमी आ रही है तो उसका कारण कैलिब्रेशन की या ठंडे में गरम माल मिलने के कारण है। तो इसे चेक करें
Sir we are having inventory loss at our station. Tank chart shows excess of 100-150 L after we empty the stock in it. But on daily basis we are having loss of 12 - 15 litres short in dip sale . Can there be pipeline leakage?

12 to 15 liters on what quantity of sales? Generally for MS you should have daily loss upto 0.5 - 0.8% of daily sales and for HSD it should be 0.2-0.5% of daily sales. Check this. I don't think that there is any loss due to leakage

डीलर को अगर शॉर्टेज लिखना है तो वो सिर्फ टैंकर की डिप से लिख सकता है अंडर ग्राउंड टैंक की डिप से नही। आप टैंकर खाली करते समय पहले शॉर्टेज टैंकर की डिप से फाइनल करें उसके बाद ही टैंकर खाली करें। अगर डीलर ऐसा ना करे तो ट्रांसपोर्टर एवं सेल्स ऑफिसर को बुलवाये

This is because the storage tank calibration is disturbed. So please check it throughly and use the level to level method for checking the actual loss or gain.

सर मुज़े समाजा नहीं.. मेरा पंप शुरू होकर डेड महीना हुआ.. हमेशा लोड खाली करने के बाद 120...to 150 liter का shortage दिखाई देता है.. क्या करू प्लीज़ उपाय बताए... आप के फोन पर कॉल नहीं लगता
