you forgot to mention the easiest way to tell a midfake is that midfakes always have a philip screw compared to the three point screw that TT always uses. but this only applies to the tracks with screws on it

Yeahhh man! My stance on midfakes is the same as usual. I don’t have a big problem with them, cheap accessibility for new MFB fans. Only issue i have are sites getting away with selling these for £15 plus while claiming they’re legitimate.

@@daimyogt If they say it's genuine but in a low price I'm fine with it If midfake with a high price and is labeled "authentic" I would most likely expose those scammers

because of the mold of the tip you can clearly tell that the authentic Galaxy Pegasus was a Hasbro one Takara Tomys mold was like the midfake one only with better quality

even tho i dont like how these midfakes are getting away with being put on shelfs, its still nice to get some sort of metal fight stuff in TT packaging because even if you did want to buy a legit one from beysnbricks or ebay they mostly cost double than what they did back in the day

Midfakes ruined MFB collecting. This issue doesn’t exist with Bakuten Shoot Era Beys. Nice to see a video about the Beys themselves and not just the box.

In the meteo ldrago case the red is rubber instead of plastic as you said, the rubber is way harder than the original one but it still is rubber, not plastic.

it's very easy to detect a midfake if that bey got rubber part for destroy, if it has soft rubber => midfake meteo hard rubber => midfake, but if you're lucky you can get a soft rubber meteo which is good for spin steal galaxy pegasis with incorrect blue on metal wheel with soft r2f => midfake

Also check out the face, near the spiral part there's a square hole, real tt bey always got some letter or number in that square which midfake doesnt

Why did you not weight them? That would be very interesting in a comparison video and I would not talk so much about color differences because hasbro also uses completely different colors in metal fusion/masters than tt very often.And even tts colors can vary from bey to bey. Midfakes do the job better then hasbro sometimes if it comes to colors and other things. Trust me I compared all my beys tt hasbro und midfake.hasbro randomly changes molds on metal wheels or energy rings for no reason, I can explain further if you don’t know about that.

How do you know, that there are „midfakes“ on the market without a statement from TT and without knowing what company the potential producer of them is

why would they address it? no company does. there will always be counterfeits to legitimate products. if you can’t buy an item through legitimate channels then you already have your answer.

The same site that sells rapidity & flame beys? Definitely not, they’re re-sellers. (many people forget, but selling counterfeit products is illegal). While they do sell real beys & support the community, I wouldn’t label them as a ‘legitimate channel’. Amazon is an e-commerce site, the site itself hosts multiple sellers. While you can find legitimate beys, there are just as many fakes. Don’t forget, these are Japanese products, not western (Hasbro). A legitimate channel would be an supermarket or toy store Takara Tomy is officially patterned (which will have the correct licenses to distribute said products) with in Japan. You can’t find these midfakes in Japanese stores as they’re mass produced in china illegally. Metal fight has been out of production for over a decade now. Don’t expect a statement from Takara Tomy or any other company that suffers from counterfeits like Konami, as far as they’re concerned it should be common sense. They’re not selling it to you, it’s not real.

If you want to spot a midfake, take a look at the box and the code on the bottom and not by just looking at the colors.

@@daimyogt Honestly I wouldnt recommend anyone buying Beyblades that way. I mean this midfake topic is even with the packaging very unclear sometimes bc TT isnt making the production information public.

Bought a midfake Destroy a few months ago, it's completely off-balanced

Haahah low quality he says. What i have noticed about midfakes is that they are more anime accurate than the real ones. So ill keep it up with the midfakes that dont cost and arm and a leg. 🤣🤣🤣
