i like how you are emphasizing leg drive before the arm swing. it's so important. I even see pros on the WTA doing this out of sequence. it's nuts

I love this guy's energy. Today I missed the "hello world class athlete" 😂
i use these tips in VR tennis with racket adapter my serve speed has increased so thanks!
I have been playing tennis for years but unfortunately there aren’t many resources in my country , even our coaches learned tennis in college , we don’t even have a solid community , and I always ate if goes with serve but didn’t have many people to turn to , so thank you so much for these videos in general ✨
Thank you for another great video. I had been playing tennis just for one yr so I always looking for drills to improve my game. Sometimes I get together with some friends but they don't like to do drills. They want to hit and hit. I believe in doing both to get better. What's your opinion? Thx
only three comments huh. thank you so much! I have my first tennis club meeting on tuesday so this helps a lot!!!

@@GrantVanderHayden Thanks!!!
From the sound of the racquet, it sounds like she was getting effective brushing up of the racquet even from the beginning.
I like everything about this except the jumping part. It’s not jumping. It’s the momentum from the upward drive of your arm to hit the ball. So if you load up and when u release with the power, your body should automatically get off the ground… shouldn’t need to jump up to met the ball. When you say jump. I feel like the compression of your body for the serve is lost when unloading up towards the ball… my 2 cents.
She is not practicing/serving kick serves, she is more like slice serves with a little bit top spin. Her racquet swing path would not generate kick serves.

A girl with a platform stance? This is so rare! Nice serve lesson.
Spectacular legs!

I'm sorry, I don't get the title / thumbnail. The best servers of all time hit double faults. How is any coaching tip (no matter how technically accurate it is) stop or get ride of double faults. .

He doesn’t mean it literally Tennis Hacker (btw I enjoy videos). Just to catch the eye of ppl working on reducing their dbl faults.
I think you're over hyping the results. You may hit fewer double faults; but, getting rid of them is a fantasy.
she's got a pair of beautiful legs

at the 7:19 mark Coach says, "You are literally a 10 out of 10 - perfect." I would agree with this assessment.
