I finally got this technique after practicing on the ball machine a lot. I practiced with the arm straightened already like macci teaches his kids. It made my preparation earlier so helped with my timing too. I feel the acceleration from the flip. The important thing is to straighten out the arm , not hit with a small backswing.

If I may add, use a fresh overgrip for extra adherence so you don’t hold your racquet too tight.

Love your videos. Just not sure about the effortless bit (though I agree grip should not be tight). Nadal seems like he is putting in a lot of effort. Intuitive Tennis has a video showing how the pros are putting in lots of effort at contact - you can see their arm muscles contracting at contact.
