I have low WBC’s, which indicate I’m fighting viral and bacterial. The two viruses I tested for are Parvovirus and Epstein Barr. I was told for years that nothing was wrong, and now have been off work for over two years because of this. Underweight and also have an intolerance to physical exertion. I hope I’m able to climb back to good health.

It’s been well over a year, I’m slowly getting better. I still get sick with colds and flus almost every month, but I’ve helped my fatigue by changing my diet to paleo & taking a lot of immune booster supplements. My first doctor didn’t give much attention to me when I was first diagnosed, he just told me to rest & wait it out. Didn’t give me much info either so I had to research myself. When it hit 1 year and I wasn’t feeling better, I went back to the doctor. Just a few weeks ago my new doctor looked at my records and confirmed that I actually have both viruses. Sucks so much. I just want my old self back. I can’t gym or do pole dance, I’ve had to give up my active lifestyle, which is so depressing.

I think I have watched everything on the internet about EBV. I was diagnosed about 4 years ago with mono and in bed for two months with a fever. During Covid and not vaccinated I was around people who were and one day in March 2021 I woke up and couldn't move and in extreme pain, when I could finally get an appointment with a Rheumatologist he started treating me for Rheumatoid Arthritis (I keep testing negative for it and I know its from EBV)its almost a year seeing him and trying to get off of prednisone he also has me on hydroxychloroquine. Anyway, you are the first person ever that explains how to fight this and I appreciate you with all my heart. Thank you so much!

Started having symptoms in June progressing slowly into July thinking maybe it was Premenopause related. Until the end of July I got so bad, extreme fatigue , all I can do is stay in bed. I saw a doctor about my symptoms to find out that at some point in my childhood I may have been exposed to Mono. Blood work showed antibodies virus elevated. Then I was prescribed valacyclovir. Took it for ten days it made me more sick. I stopped it. Started feeling a little better for few days. Now back to extreme fatigue. I am thinking it could be related to my menstrual coming. I tend to get very tired days before it comes. I been doing a lot of research on how to heal myself naturally with out the danger of medications with bad side effects.I been doing the celery juicing first thing each morning, drinking my smoothies daily and following a plant base meals. Plus taking vitamins such as zinc, vitamin c and iron. Glad to have come across your video. I will like to try what you have recommended. My concern is with being on blood pressure medication and asthma medication will this be safe to take? The end of this month I will have another blood work done to see if it has gone away. Praying to hear good healthy report.

I had a supplement which contained inositol and I could not order it anymore from Iherb as it is prohibited from our country. I looked into it and at the top of the reviews someone stated that this was because of the inositol causing dizziness which I indeed did have but had no clue what was causing it. Didn't give it much thought as I did have problems with dizziness before and thought that old issue returned. Maybe it is because of the chelation of Iron and calcium that it causes dizziness. But in some cases chelation of Iron is ok as candida and parasites actually use iron.

I have very painful spine stiff neck cracking all the time no energy. I did get a positive ebv blood test that said it was a old infection. So I didn't really consider it as my problem. I thought it was Lyme because I also get twitches and burning sensation. But I did igenex and it said negative. My natural Dr did have me taking colloidal silver and that helped with the pain. Except I developed very bad brain fog and almost felt like it was making me crazy. I did see studies showing colloidal silver causing psychosis. So I'm kinda scared to keep taking it. Can ebv cause spinal pain? Is colloidal silver only a suppressant? So when you stop taking it the pain is 10 fold. Would your Lyme protocol help with ebv as well? Because I already bought all your recommendations but too scared to take the turpentine.

  • @ollymounara605

    @ollymounara605

    Жыл бұрын

I was thinking the exact same thing because of the twitches. I also have problems with my spine and neck for as long as I can remember but it got worse the last ten years. I did get tested positive for Epstein Barr years ago. I found that devil's claw helped me with the pain in my spine. I have been taking it alongside neem, oil of oregano, olive leaf extract, tumeric, cat's claw, mastic gum, wormwood, black walnut and some tinctures and supplements to help detox the liver. Resveratrol from knotweed extract is added lately which gives energy and keeps me awake if taken at night. Also I take monolaurin again and L-lysine, quercetin, a bit of lactoferrin and systemic enzymes. That all next to vitamins and minerals. I'm not taking everything daily, I also take time off. I sometimes need to see what the state of my body is without any of this and let it balance itself out. I want to use more tinctures as they are easier to take and you can make some of it yourself to minimize costs. For instance, I found that Japanese knotweed is growing near my place and it grows like a weed. The only problem is that I do not know if there are any toxins in the soil. The roots are the best to use but I came across somebody selling tea for Lyme using the leaves which are easy to collect. Both Lyme and Epstein Barr lower stop the body from having fevers. I haven't had a decent fever since I was 5 years old. With all the herbs that I use and iodine which does seem to help a great deal as well I can stop most infections in its tracks though.

I'm sorry to hear about the stressful and difficult time you're going through. As a fellow naturopath, I understand how important it is to address the root cause of your health issues, and it sounds like stress may be a major trigger for your active Epstein Barr (EB) infection. It's not uncommon for emotional and psychological stress to have a significant impact on our physical health, and caregiving for a loved one can be particularly challenging and emotionally draining. It's important to prioritize self-care and seek support during this time. There are many natural approaches that can help support the immune system and manage symptoms of EB, such as rest, stress management techniques, nutrient-dense foods, and gentle exercise. However, it's important to work with a qualified healthcare provider who can provide personalized recommendations based on your individual needs and health status. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or concerns, and know that you have my support and compassion during this difficult time.

How I found out I had EBV is I kept testing positive for strep throat on the rapid tests. After 3 rounds of Antibiotics and i still wasn’t well and still testing positive. Dr finally tested me to mono and EBV and sure enough I had EBV.. I’ve been having so many health issues for years which makes me wonder when I contracted this. MS is also in my family so I’m doing everything I can to keep EBV away. 😢

Yes, CoQ10 (quality formulated) is something I have noticed is helpful! I eat keto (since before it was popular and before I was diagnosed) and I was alternating taking Olive leaf extract, Oregano Oil and Grapefruit seed extract. My symptoms started almost 20 years ago and never stay gone long but keep getting worse. I was finally diagnosed a month ago and am now taking monolaurin and vitC. Hopefully after I get my metal fillings removed from my teeth I can get EBV back to dormancy.

Still haven't been able to be tested for anything else. I do realize I could have mold in the carpet pad and walls and it's bad to stay in the moldy place. It''s not ideal or even possible for me to move right now.

As Jordan Peterson says “ Treat yourself like some one your responsible for” If your dog is ill you make sure they get the medical treatment they need. But some won’t do that for them selves. It’s almost as if they don’t want to live? But I’m guilty of this myself. To only know indulgence and procrastination makes it all the more difficult to break the cycle. Hopefully I will one day become able instead of cain? But to love oneself takes love of god or in my eyes the rest of society and the world we live in as that is where we are really judged. But religion is obviously a metaphor? But it’s fear of god that helps us or fear of being in a hell we create ourselves. The immediate suffering can prolong delayed suffering of great magnitude. Petty some don’t learn this until it’s too late and funny how media tells us the opposite?

Which of the adaptogenic herbs are ok for a woman with pcos? I gain weight on Ashwaghanda. Which is unfortunate, because I did feel better. But, most things that make me feel better make me gain weight. I also gain with milk thistle and I hold onto water weight with dandelion. Both of which helped with my liver and digestion. I have a terrible time with digestion because I had a virus which attacked my liver. but, my body fought back, cleared the virus, but I still deal with my pcos and my gallbladder was not happy with the whole thing and sometimes won’t produce bile. I do take twinlabs super enzyme caps to help with digestion, along with turmeric, and olive leaf.

It sounds like you're going through a lot, and it must be frustrating not feeling understood by your family or doctors. Fatigue and muscle pain can be debilitating, even if you don't appear sick on the outside. Depression can certainly contribute to these symptoms, but there could be other underlying factors as well. It might be helpful to seek out a healthcare provider who listens to your concerns and takes them seriously, even if you don't fit the typical "sick" image. You deserve support and understanding in managing your health. Don't give up on finding answers that work for you. I just saw a video where Dr. Berg explains that you would only be getting rid of the virus by replacing the bone marrow by that of a healthy person which is ofcourse impossible. Makes sense that it causes low iron. I'm struggling with low iron since my childhood. Probably got infected as a child as I was sick so often and always got antibiotics until I refused to take it again. The mother of a friend gave me tea of boiled licorice root and it worked very quickly on my lungs. I was 8 and this probably started my interest for natural cures.

I was tested for Epstein Barr years ago because my boyfriend at the time was tested positive. It was in a dormant state. I do believe it has controlled my life quite a bit as I have always had trouble getting out of bed and am low in energy. Monolaurin is the only supplement that when I take the one from ecological formulas works pretty quickly and makes me wake up early by myself at times. Last year even for about 4 weeks in a row. But at sine point I was drinking elderberry flower tea twice in a row and the positive effect was gone. The body is so complex and everyone has different needs. I do think monolaurin is beneficial in most people as it works on fungi, bacteria and viruses.

That is a good question doctors supress immune with diseases but it's not a cure. Maybe making your immune stronger would work better. I'd say spend some time reading. I myself find Dr Lustig is worth looking into. The big problem with health these days is the sugar added to many foods especially sodas. Certain fats from and seeds are bad. They say olive oil coconut oil and pure butter or even lard is much better. It's the processing of the other oils that are very bad.

Hi giga - so sorry to hear this - ugh Mono can bring you down to your knees in terms of the assortment of terrible symptoms like you are dealing with . Mercury toxicity is one aspect in regards to cellular defense from a viral infection. I would have to look at your case more closely in an appointment to get a sense if it's a dominant reason.

What are your thoughts on Colloidal Silver? I use it daily, I haven't gotten even a cold in several years. But I still have fatigue. Thanks for the information.

My EBV level is 700+ I just found out 3 weeks ago. I’m also diagnosed with gastritis. They also removed my gallbladder. I cannot have any citric foods at all and live with a constant burn in my stomach. I’m at a loss for a cure.

I'm here surprised about recommendations for vitamin c. I've had mono since july but only got diagnosed two weeks ago. I've taken C for years and used to eat citrus and berries daily. I can't now. It inflames my mouth and gi tract so bad.

I have suffered for almost two years with the fall out of EBV I like you started studying and trying different natural cures, and figured about 6 months ago what made me feel better and it is almost the exact protocol as yours, the only thing different than your protocol is I take AHCC , so your spot on and I'm on the road to feeling great again. Thank you.

Larry Ledom ok this solidified Beta Glucan for me. I’ve been researching it for a couple weeks and just stumbled upon this video and your comment. I don’t have a lot to spend and I’m probably gonna need at least 1500 mg a day. Can you recommend any brands? Dosages and what you did to feel better? I’m desperate. I used to be so healthy and energized and now I’m a shell of who I used to be. I miss life being healthy.
