Great that your title is fitting for the video. It's a lovely video. I love it when people stay true to themselves. Many foreign vloggers regularly state: the BEST things to eat, while literally have eaten less than 0.01% of the Greek cuisine to know. And what do they eat? Gyros, Farmer Salad(Aka the Greek salad that people know in the world), etc. But seriously there are thousands of dishes in the Greek cuisine that are so utterly delicious. So how do they even know what are the best things to eat when they are so utterly boring with their choices 97% of the people copying the same choices. But you can eat infinitely different in Athens or Greece so easily. The hearty pies alone are in the hundreds. And that is just 1 tiny aspect of Greek cuisine. So your title is fully correct: Iconic Greek food, instead of acting to know it all when likely their knowledge is completely absent

@@RhettandClaire 6? 🤭🤭🤭 No I don't think so. In fact I am sure. The secret of making great soup with beans and vegetables and tomato is to boil separately the vegetables from the beans ( which are gigantic and come from Florina northern Greece northwest Macedonia in fact that why we call the gigantes or in English giants). We do that because they got too much starch to get as much out of them. And like 5 mins before they are boiled we remove them from their pottery and add them to the vegetables where we finish them altogether. The taste is clear without the starch that is awesome and is considered a great vegetarian dish and why not a vegan also. Although afterwards when served many people place a piece of feta in it to melt and they eat it.
