This commercial shoot for Passport America was a blast! Shooting on the Black Magic Ursa Mini Pro 12k paired with the Cooke 50mm Cine lens was incredible! We had a small crew of about 8 people working on this project so with a small crew everyone has to work together to get it done. We all had to wear multiple hats to make sure we had a successful shoot.
What a lot of people overlook is pre production, pre production is production. Take that planning, scouting, casting, writing, storyboarding, and all of the other logistics behind a successful shoot seriously and I promise it will make a huge difference in the final product. Not only will you see a difference in your film but your client will enjoy the process and will appreciate where their money is going. I can't wait to show y'all the final product.
