How to Hard Reset Samsung S21- Keep it Simple!
Learn how to Hard Reset Samsung S21 - This video also shows how to factory reset on a Samsung S21 5G. Samsung hard reset is easy to perform and only takes a few moments to complete. This a great way to reset or fix phones that have slow down over time, phones that are freezing up and also phones that you are ready to sell or give away to friends.
What are the basic steps on how to reset a Samsung phone:
The buttons that are used to perform a Samsung Hard Reset
are 1) Volume Up rocker 2) Power button. 3) Pressed simultaneously.
This Samsung phone reset will work on all carrier S21 5G models:
Samsung Galaxy s21 5G Verizon, T-Mobile, AT&T, SPRINT
Samsung Galaxy s21+5G Verizon, T-Mobile, AT&T, SPRINT
Samsung Galaxy s21 Ultra 5G Verizon, T-Mobile, AT&T, SPRINT
Please keep in mind that this Samsung hard reset procedure will also work on other Samsung phones. So if you want to for examples hard reset A21, hard reset A52 or even hard reset A71 phones back to factory settings, it will also work.
Important warning: When you perform a factory data reset on your mobile phone or Samsung hard reset phone procedure, it will erase and delete all your personal information, including contacts, phone numbers, text messages, data files and photos on your device permanently. Your phone OS operating system will be reset back to like new condition again, just as if you were taking your phone out of a new box for the first time. And you will need to go through a new Samsung phone setup procedure again on your mobile device.

I tried it by connecting to my pc using a cable and did what you showed on the video. Works well! So happy to see the reboot page after trying so many times. For me, I realised I released the buttons too soon the first time without seeing the samsun logo.

thank you. this helped me get my phone back on. No idea what happened. It just wouldn't charge at all. So while plugged into a charger--i tried to do the reboot and it came back on successfully

i have a s21, i recently have been bombarded with with windows opening in chrome while i use my phone and i don't know how to get rid of all of the popups. So is the restore the best option? I have 8 or 10 apps I use to do my job , pics etc on my phone. i did a backup to goggle so now I am ready to restore. But after restore ( i realize I will lose some information). How to in install all of the things I backed up to google? Please help.

Before resetting your phone, try these suggestions: 1) clear/delete cache memory and data storage in the Chrome app within phone app settings for Chrome app. 2) clear browsing history and cookies within Chrome browser settings.

Hey. I was having the same issue.This didn't work. The Bixby feature was the issue. When I pressed my power button to turn off, Bixby popped up asking about my side key function. Oddly, my phone was set to open Bixby when I pressed when I pressed the power off button. If you select turn off my phone when I press the power button, BOOM! it worked. But you have to release the power and volume button fairly quickly. And BTW, I was resetting my phone because I need to wipe the data b4 sending it back under the assurant warranty claim. My screen was cracked. I hope this helps you🥰

Without. Also, if you are selling the phone, be sure to remove the SIM prior to selling and also remove the phone (device) from your Google account within Google account settings or/and in phone settings too.

If your screen is black then either your battery needs recharging or it's a dead battery or there is a hardware problem with the phone. So a reset can not be done.
Why i cant connect to wifi it always says unstabl3 connection

Here are some of the reasons you would normally get this message: you are too far from your cell tower or you might be to far away from a hotspot or your phone electronics are bad and you have a poor functioning phone. And sometimes bad weather can cause this too.
Technically, these are just push button switches. Not rockers as rockers, rock back-and-forth. But this video did help me, so no hate.
I have done it 3 times now but every time it goes back on

Also you might have a button/s not working at all (broken button) or the phone is just broken and no longer works. Suggest watching my video again and trying it again.

@@nickscomputerfix @Rens The process has changed. On One UI 3 ou need to connect a type C earphones or connect the phone to a PC/Laptop and then follow the Volume up and power button procedure.

You might be pressing the wrongs buttons, pressing them for to LONG and/or to SHORT a time, to slow, to fast or in the wrong order (make sure you are pressing the Up volume button and not the Down volume button). Also you might have a button/s not working at all (broken button) or the phone is just broken and no longer works. Try removing the battery if it's removable or try power button and power it off. Suggest watching my video and trying it again.
