Nice one, I can do that set up in my house. When I did my garden hammock camp my gap on my pergola wasn't long enough so I wrapped my daisy round an open window gap by the wall round the wall on the inside and back out through the gap in the back door basically hanging on the hinges... worked a treat although still a bit short on length Mrs....

Thats kinda how I do it. I use a small hard piece of pipe to hold it behind the door rather than a knot in the daisy chain. A good thing to remember is only hook over doors that close towards the strain (don't want the door flying open and dropping you when u have just got comfy!) use the above the hinge position if you door opens inward. I also use the just above the hinge position if I want access to the rooms behind the doors I am using to hang off as you can open and close them without the whole production falling down.

Love it, seeing that bike in the front room reminded me of a oppo who used to ride his CBR 600 through the front door, through the kitchen and park it in the living room, something about not trusting the locals!!

Awesome idea! Form the thumbnail I though you’d be using marlin spike hitches with a toggle instead of just a knot. This is ok to try it out, but if doing it long term I definitely think it’s worth getting some wall hooks. Also I came here because I saw one door opened into the room you were in and was low key expecting it to give 😂

Nice one Nobby. Just tried suspending my hammock between two concrete fence posts in my garden. Either my straps were stretching a bit much or I was moving the posts. Either way I’m obviously too fat. I’ll try the doors next! 🤦🏻‍♂️

This works fine with a blanket too if you dont have a hammock but there is amajor problem if you use any thick piece of scarf it gets stuck works very well with blanket thanks 👍

The bike was meant for training (never happened) and just put some oxygen to one side to help Kath after her hysterical laughing fit

Cheers dude. He does come out but not as much as he should. I've had him 22 years and only I could handle him, he has now bonded with my kids and enjoys attacking the shizzle out of me the ungrateful beaky bar steward

@@Nobby77 Good that he comes out, my neighbour has one and doesn't let it out and it sits in the cage plucking its feathers it's a sad, sad sight mate. The more time and enrichment for them the better. Such intelligent birds. They're easily bored and get frustrated so act out.

Mhh, i need to try that. Only problem is that one anker door in my living room is a 200 year old wing door. Not sure that holds...
