    Perfectly timed. A week and a half ago I picked up a shirt off the floor and it felt like I got struck by lightening. I've had the disc spasms into the nerve thing before. It felt higher up my back this time though. I'm moving better but any sudden movements I make really get iffy. I'm at the stage I can get better or I can mess up and make it worse.

    hey, i had a same problem a long time ago .its just starting don't worry too much, do stability exercises and never stretch...get BACK MECHANIC BOOK (you can get a free copy from onine) . the author of the book is a spine specialist DR.STUART MCGILL. IT WILL REALLY HELP YOU.. DON"DO HEAVY LIFTING OR RIDE BIKE
