It's so easy to grow pumpkins that your whole back yard with be covered with giant leaves from only 1 seed
FINALLY someone who actually explains it and doesn't just silently plant it in the ground and clip to a grown plant!! Thumbs up from me!
Yall can repurpose plastic cookie boxes or the boxes for fresh berries from the store. They all have ventilation/drainage holes and don't block sunlight :)
When u put it in the comtainer to germinate do you leave it in the sun?
I have 4 hens in a tractor and I planted into a older spot due to the acidity of the poop but direct sow and they are doing lovely.
I was loving my punkin in rhe pot I loved the flowers flowers. I did everything thing. Including pollinating one really cute punkin then weird stuff happen the baby's all shriveled up.😎😎😎💜☕️help someone 😂
Ohhh my. Have you tried fried pumpkin blossoms? 😋
Or just sow straight into the soil
Plant them sideways he says... ima do that I'm the next five minutes. ❤️ from west virginia
I like to know more about that carpet you have laid down to have the vines growing across it
Am I the only one who just straight up plants the seeds in the garden and let’s them grow that way?. I’m curious.

Once the ground is warm enough, direct seed ensures no damage to the main tap root. If you are trying to bridge the early season, starting indoors a few weeks before last frost is good. These guys like warm germination and warm soil.

@@markb8954 Got any tips on how to properly get bigger pumpkins?.

@@XxS1NxX Prune the main vine to only have one pumpkin per vine. Along the main vine, as it grows, cover the vine with soil every few feet to encourage more roots all along the vine. Mulch well, keep well watered & keep insects away. Fertilize/feed two weeks.
Why don't you talk about the most important thing which is germination temperature for pumpkins. Also they take forever unless you cut the ends off
I’m trying to get my green thumb… I have so many questions lol. My son started his pumpkin plant last Thursday and it’s already growing, should I keep it in a window in the house or can I plant it outside?
