i have started doing this for 3 days now and my nails feel a lot stronger they are getting longer aswell! definitely recommended my thumbnail is growing like crazy thumbs up this video

@@isabelcamarena4094 yes i have tried and it works but then my nails got trapped in my car door and they bent over do i decided to cut them off but it really works for the first few days you might not see a diffrence but by the end of the week you will see at leat some growth it works at diffrent paces for some but am garanteed it will work for you so yes try it out!

The round nail shape is the best choice for long nails, because round nails rarely break. There are no pointy angles to absorb too much impact from bumping against things. You're also lucky to have very long nail beds that can support a very long free edge.

Hi I am doing the garlic and I leave it on. My nails just from 3 applications has shot out and are now a little longer. I currected my statement it's not half but a forth of an inch long sorry. I have tried a lot but really the garlic works so good. It not only strengthens our nails but they grow strong and, it's why you can stick your nail into the garlic. Thank you so much, I'll pass this on to my friends. I cook with garlic and love the smell of it lol.

Looks like you need a Strengthener for your nails. Start off by getting your nails clean and ready then apply two thin coats of strengthener (day 1) then two days later apply 1 thin coat of same thing continuing this every other day for 7 days then on the 7th day fully remove all polish and begin again . doing this with the polish puts layers of protection on your nails.

Oh honey acrylics destroy natural nails and it takes minimum 6 months to grow out a healthy nail. this method is amazing I have been using it for years now. I also add garlic to oil and use it every day. that helps a lot too.

My nails grow fast but ever since I have followed your routine they have been growing extreme fast, and they are also very healthy now thank you sooooo much. I LOOOVE YOU AND YOUR CHANNEL.

Wash your nails with fresh lemon juice or toothpaste. It will remove the smell. Then apply oil to moisturize your nails

I do it at night before bed. I use a thick hand cream directly after using garlic. Barely smells. When I wake up in the morning the smell is gone. This has definitely helped my finger nails and toe nails.

Im doing the chopped garlic in clear top coat polish. Its inky been 2 days. I put it daily. But I always had acrylic nails so im trying this to get them strong. Thank you for your video.

OMG you girlies it's working this is sooo great last saturday i didn't have a nail at ALL on my finger but after a week my nail is growing it's back to normal like when i usually cut them. i can't wait to see how much my nail grows in a month, thank you Rose

Wow..your overall nail 💅 health is amazing. beautifu andl healthy. #nailgoals now and in the future. Thank you for sharing all your tips and knowledge in both pedicures and manicures. Best I've seen yet cotinually. Yes the garlic does work, my mom used to do this when I was 6 yrs old. It takes patience and time for the results. Yes gaic is strong but the results are rewarding. I happen to love garlic 😋 in everything (almost) cook. Immunity booster also.

I've used garlic since I was a teen it works very well. I cut up the garlic squeeze it a little enough for the oils to come out and then place the bits of garlic in clear base coat or clear nail polish.

@@aranihiritharan7465 its okay that's alright. You can remove base coat if you are doing it 3-5 times a week otherwise you don't need base coat if you are doing it daily. And if your nails are thin then use base coat and do not remove it each time you use this method.

It works, I have been doing it everyday day for a week and has strengthened and grew my nails. Fyi To rid the garlic scent rub toothpaste on your hands or use soap and rub hands on something stainless steel like the sink.

I use olive oil and Jamaican black castor oil mixed 50/50 and it works really fast too! I'll pick up some fresh garlic cloves the next time I'm at the store to add into my regime. Your nails are so pretty! :)

Story time! Before I get started, I'm going to day that this defiantly works!! Okay so basically I was a big nail biter. I know, it's nasty. I bit my nails really short. I bit the top layer off and it was so gross. Then, I started using a anti nail biting treatment(The clear nailpolish that tastes horrible when its on the nail). It worked for a bit, but then I would forget to put it back on and then I would bite my nails. Then I found this! I stopped biting my nails because I wanted to see the progress of my nail growth. It was so good! I started making it a new routine and now I get so many compliments. Another thing that helped me stop was when I heard that biting your nails gives you bad breath and sometimes when you bite your nails there's a chance that it won't grow back. So yeah! That's my story.

I heard that o it’s true

I have no before shots of my nails but they have grown even more now. I am so happy, Saturday is my cleaning day for nails and I remove clear polish with non acetone nail polish remover. Then I wash hands, and then I rub my nails in the lemon. Then I dry nails and I do the garlic. Then allow to dry then I add a vitamin E capsule to the cap of it and squeeze of vitamin E out. Then rub it all in and let it absorb. Then I put a clear coat on mine, and I am set for the day. I love roses tutorials and I can't wait to see more. I never had long nails ever, except last year but they keep breaking. I listened to another lady about putting a coat of polish on every day. But they were not strong enough. The raw garlic is what makes our nails strong, mine is now as long as the first picture of Roses. I love my long nails thank you Rose 🌹 your awesome in every way. The thing is I believed you, and trusted you. Now I am very happy😊

Hi Rose again. My nails are very long now and I am enjoying them tremendously. It's been about 10 weeks now. I have not broken any for a month, and the one I did is grown out now over half the length of the others. I did my nail routine today, so much fun and I can see my nails grew this week. When I do my cuticles oh wow the cuticles just come out and white blotches little pieces tiny pieces then I just know by getting a good thing done because it's not painful I don't never clip my cuticle, that is very bad those cuticles are there for you and me to keep out infections. I just really enjoy my nails so much and it's all because of you. You have such a caring heart to help others and I'm so grateful roase. 🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹.

It’s just I have a really bad habit of biting my nails and had it my whole life and there really short right now so I’m trying your hack to see if it works I’ve been doing it for 2 days now and I already see some improvements on my nails thanks so much I have a coin that I can use so I’ll keep that in my pocket to fidget with so I don’t get bored and I really like your nails look they look like you went to the nail salon so I’m trying to do something like that too with your nail hack

It's fine dear. Everyone's nails break. Just keep them to a comfortable length and use this method your nails will never break.

I tried this before it was really effective. I used it again because I have got a bit of damage.When I used it my nails felt stronger like before.

You are welcome dear. don't use garlic directly on your nails if it starts burning. Check if you are allergic or not.

yes but if you don't want to and you can maintain them then don't...base coat protects your natural nail and cuticle oil give moisture and the nail do not tend to break when the cuticles are moisturized...
